Gen 1.5 was essentially a unfinished and ultimately more ambitious version of 2.0, desinged with a fully custom made water cooling system, fully custom circuitry which featured a capability for brighter leds, brightness control and general purpose interface ports all packaged into a significantly smaller board with the same battery and led unfortunately i wasnt able to finish the water cooling system and ran out of time & money

Gen 2 is the latest iteration featuring a 14500 lumen cob which is significantly smaller then the previous one. Further features were added such as brightness control and a smaller battery this time only three cells so the whole assembly was lighter. I used the same boost converter as in gen 1 but modifed it to be smaller and then boosted up to 52V for the new COB, overall its essenstially a more refined and improved version of gen1 in every way however still suffers from issues with overheating even with a larger heatsink

Gen3 is currently in development as of may 6th 2025, the current plan is to go for 20000 lumens utilizing a dual output driver board one central cob and an array of smaller leds with a heat pipe based cooling system (unsure how well this will work). Furthermore pretty much just cause i can and its sick ive been considering mind control using either emg or eeg depending on how much money i have to control the staff + then no ugly buttons. coming soon™
